Who does not wish to live in a fairy tale? Aishwarya Rai surely turned her dreams into reality. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stunned a royal princess look at the 70th Annual Cannes Film festival. Nobody is perfect, but she is surely an epitome of perfection.
You surely don’t want to miss out her outfit details. She looked flawless in an off shoulder floor sweeping powder blue ballroom gown fitted from the waist designed by Dubai-based Filipino fashion designer Michael Cinco. Representing herself as the ambassador of global cosmetic brand L’Oreal Paris, she made everyone’s jaw drop by making her way to the red carpet on the 3rd day of the gala.
The only one word which fits into her appearance at Cannes is ‘stunning.’ But this journey has never been so easy. Oh yes! The beauty queen has faced several controversies and the reason has been the choice of her couture. The fashion police have not always been
to good to her and she has been severely criticized over her neon green sari, glittering pink gown and even being overweight when she had just delivered a baby. But, this year her appearance at the Red Carpet was surely a shut up call for the critics.
Yes, yes and yes. You heard it right. The flawless queen was praised by everyone. Call it ‘adventurous,’ ‘dramatic’, or ‘a fresh take on fashion’ she surely has marked history at Cannes. The magnificent designer Ritu Beri commented: “It’s dramatic, adventurous, and only Aishwarya can carry it superbly,” she adds on, ” She looks amazing, and it’s a great pick for a place like Cannes, where you can risk being dramatic,”
Spotted with Rihanna
The least to say was that she looked ‘breathtaking.’ And oh yesss. The princess also lived an iconic moment when she posed with the queen of pop, Rihanna who wore a white gown.
